Description

This Greek yogurt flour garlic bread is quick, fluffy, and full of flavor—made with just 5 ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes. No yeast, no rise, and no fuss.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and self-rising flour.
  2. Stir until dough forms, then knead lightly on a floured surface for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into 4–6 equal pieces and roll into ¼-inch thick rounds.
  4. Mix melted butter or olive oil with garlic and salt, then brush over dough.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook bread for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and puffy.
  6. Serve warm with dips, soups, or your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • For extra softness, add 1 tbsp olive oil to the dough.
  • Customize with herbs, cheese, or chili flakes.
  • Substitute garlic powder if fresh garlic burns easily.
  • Store cooled bread in foil up to 2 days or freeze for later.
