Description

This 4 ingredient banana bread is moist, naturally sweet, and perfect for quick breakfasts or cozy snacks. No oil or butter needed — just ripe bananas, eggs, sugar, and self-rising flour. Simple, delicious, and ready in under an hour

3 large ripe bananas

2 large eggs

1½ cups self-rising flour

½ cup granulated sugar


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Add the eggs and mix until fully incorporated.

Stir in the sugar, then gently fold in the self-rising flour. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
